Managing Analytics

A bit of information about me:

• I am the Head of Online Analytics & Testing at Dell Global Consumer Online where I manage a team of talented analytics managers to optimize conversion and improve customer experience. I also oversee all the testing programs across Dell Global Consumer and Small Business Division. My mission is to help Dell become the best in class in online analytics & testing.
• I am the first place winner of 2009 WAA Championship (Co-authored with Joel Wright) and a WAA Certified Web Analyst.
• I was elected to Board of Director of Web Analytics Association in May 2009. My passion is to help WAA to achieve its vision-”The leading authority of excellence in digital marketing measurement.” My focus in the second year on the board is to help optimize WAA’s website–practice what we preach!
• I am currently living in Austin, Texas with my wife and two kids, a daughter and a son.
• I went to Peking University for undergraduate and University of Michigan for business school.
• I used to be a serious mountaineer when I was in college with a record of 24,700 ft (Mount Muztagata)
